Red rubber washer

Hi , is it possible to purchase just the red Rubber washer for this product . As I have had to remove and clean my assembly and the rubber was perished / twisted ? If so can you advise how much and how long to obtain , please ? Also any tips on refitting these as when I attempt to refit the valve it appears not to seat correctly and unseats the washer causing damage to it ? I notice that on your replacement cartridges they appear to have 2 black plastic pins sticking on the older cartridge I have this is not the case and there does not appear to be anywhere inside the shower valve where these would seat ? Thanks

This washer only comes with the cartridge.

When fitting the cartridge , if you grease the washer and the "O" ring on the cartridge these should stay in place.
There should be holes for the pins to fit into inside the body, as these tend to stop the cartridge rotating.
