Flow control cartridge

Hi, I recently purchased a triton flow control cartridge from you - item code 83314860 to fix a leaking shower. However on receipt and after taking shower apart although it looks to be the right part it is too big. The one in the shower looks to be half inch where as this one looks to be 3/4 inch. Do you have a smaller size in this cartridge I can order and do you have the part number so I order the right thing this time. Thanks for any help you can give.

There are a number of cartridges that look the same bur are all slightly different .

Do you know the make and model of your shower?

Can you send us a photo of your existing cartridge so we can help you get the correct one?
