constant hot water

I have a triton hp shower, recently i cannot get the shower to be hot enough, and goes from hot to cold. What part would you suggest needs replacing???

Ifv the shower is fed from a combi boiler then I would suspect a boiler fault so have it checked out first.
If the boiler is ok then the only part of the shower that can be replaced is the cartridge which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
