This question is regarding Triton Inlet Assembly Opal/Jade 2 - S12721002

Does the assembly come with a filter

The manual for the Triton Opal 2 indicated that at the end of this assembly the filter is located. For soem reason my shower does not have a filter, just a plastic screw end fitting. Does this part have a filter or is it the same as what I already have?

This item has a plastic filter attatched.

I too bought a Triton shower Jade 3 and the filter was also missing from the Inlet Assembly. When I phoned Triton they told me that as I had purchased the shower more than 28 days previously it would cost me £17.78! I was also told that it would be impossible for the shower to leave the factory without the filter. Huh!
