This question is regarding Triton Ivory 4 Shower Spares

I have same problem as John from Cardiff. Perfectly good shower except for broken bit of plastic which switches on shower. What I want to know is why do you have all other spares listed? I understand you have no more stock but surely you can have more made as obviously this is a weakness in the shower! This is the second triton I have had with the same problem. May be it will be a different make next time.

You should contact the manufacturer if you have a grievance about the parts that they make.
