Triton ivory ll - not getting hot

Hi there. I can only get hot water with v low flow. I assume one or 2 of the heating elements have died. (10.8kw model). I will trst them to confirm. How easy is it to chsnge the heater csn? Can it be done with the shower in situ? Would it be easier to replace the whole shower, if so csn you recomend one with ssme entry points for water and elec and same 'footprint'. Is replacing a shower something a diyer is allowed to do these days? Thanks

Considering the cost of a new can assembly I would replace the shower with Triton Fast fit
