water too hot

Hi, have done all the checks you suggested and hot water is coming out the hose same flow as when turned to cold. Does this mean we have a 'faulty flow valve'? Could not see this part on the diagram so if this is what we need what do we order please. Can I speak to someone over the phone about this?

I presume that these are the checks you mean?

The things to check first are.

1 That the main valve coming into your house is fully open.

2 Then check that the valve on the line to the shower is fully open.

3 Make sure that the showerhead is clean and clear, that the hose isn’t kinked (this can happen justbehind the hand set where it is difficult to see) also check the inside of thehose although it can look OK on the outside it could have collapsed internally

If these are all OK then yes that would point to the flow valve /stabiliser valve being faulty.
