fitted new shower hose leaks from top hose

Fitted new triton jade 11 shower hose leaks from top hose connection to unit , tightened finger tight but still leaks ? Thanks Dave

 If you have one of the old washers then double washer it and that should do it, also they really need finger tight and just the smallest nip up with the pliers, watch not to damage the chrome.
