Triton Jade 2 cold water leak

My Triton Jade 2 is leaking a steady flow of cold water from the bottom of the unit when switched on. It's cold even if there's hot coming from the shower head, so unsure if it's the PRV or not. Also the power button is stuck in on position

You need to switch the power off remove the cover and have a look inside.

It is likely to be a faulty stabiliser valve

The water leaking from this could have caused a fault with the on/off assembly
