Triton Jade Issues

Been having problems for awhile with low pressure.

I took the unit off the wall and removed the solenoid valve assembly and found a huge quantity of gunge in the pipe and gauze filter. On removing this, the filter disintegrated.

I put the unit back together temporarily without the filter to check whether the problem was resolved.

Pressure is fine now but valve is not shutting off; flow continues even when power switched off.

I suspect I need a new solenoid valve assembly, can you confirm that this sounds like a correct diagnosis before I order?

Many thanks.

Yes it sounds like it needs a new solenoid, some of the dirthas got through to the diaphragm washer inside the solenoid and this is notallowing it to close properly.
