Triton LP valve TRITO-83304950 Triton LP Valve Cartridge Including Seals and Knob (no brass housing)

Is this the replacement cartridge for use in a power shower installation? Are there any non-return valves in the brass housing that could be at fault?

Yes there should be NRV's in the inlet elbows and they have on rare occasions been known to collapse.
There is the low pressure gravity valve

And the high pressure valve suitable for combi boilers

Make sure you read the notes on these valves and watch the videos before you purchase
