This question is regarding Triton LP Valve Cartridge with Brass Housing - 83304940

fitting the unit to he copper piping

Having bought the mixer and brass housing, does this fit directly onto the copper piping with the existing nut fixing onto the brass housing inlets?

or

Does this require a washer or olive between the fixing nut and brass housing?

You just reuse the existing olive and nut.

Once you have set the elbows for the correct pipe centres, it should just be a case of tightening the nuts on to the elbows.
