This question is regarding Triton LP4000/5000 - Shower Spares

No hot water at all

Water in rest of home is boiling hot but no hot water at all coming from shower . heat max is overridden and still no hot water. Pipes and valves all cleaned. Shower runs off homes hot water supply. Triton lp shower.

From your description of the fault you need a new cartridge.
