triton luca bar mixer shower

just fitted luca shower cant get it to run hot!

boiler dosent fire up when you turn shower on

First check that you have the shower fitted the right way round, there are usually marks or labels on the inlets, then that there is hot water at the shower wall outlets, lastly the non return valves are not stuck. If all these are fine then you a new thermostatic cartridge.
