This question is regarding Triton Luxury Body Dryer - Spare Parts

Body dryer stopped working.

I purchased one of these dryers for my disabled son's bathroom about five years ago and it has been a god-send. Unfortunately it stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I was informed by Triton that it is no longer made and cannot be repaired. All of the lights have gone out in the ceiling cover and I don't know which part has broken. There is still power to the unit and I see that you still carry some spares. It there some simple means that I could verify the cause as I would buy a new ceiling cover with PCB if this were the problem. Any help you could offer would be very much appreciated.

You will need first to check that there is power to the unit. If so then the main PCB maybe faulty, but this is no longer available.
