No hot water

Hi, suddenly no hot water from shower anymore. The shower switches on as usual but water is freezing cold. I have checked the thermal cut-out and there is continuity. I have checked the heating elements and the resistance is 12 ohms on both elements. Any idea what else could be. Thanks

The only other thing is no power getting to the elements.

Given your description of the fault, if you have power at both sides of the TCO then it is likely that you have a faulty PCB not allowing power to the elements.

Do you think could be the solenoid on the pcb?

Since this shower has a pcb and the rest of the parts are ok , then it could be this.
