Triton dual Control knob set mimosa

The temperature knob is blocked and does not turn anymore. What should I do please?

I do not understand where this is "blocked" , but if you cannot free it you may need a new shower as the cartridge is no longer available.

If you or anyone has recently removed the knob, you may have over tightened the holding screw. This will not allow the knob freedom of movement. Ensure that the screw is released until you can adjust the temperature comfortably.



If it still does not move, you may need a new thermostatic cartridge / new shower if you cannot source the cartridge from other sources.
