triton zante 3

Hi my shower will not turn off from the switch it just keeps running. I have to turn it off from the isolater. Does it need a new switch assembly?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

Therefore in your case perhaps a faulty micro switch behind the power selector.
