Shower (hot) outlet

Hi, the outlet plastic pipe part that fits into the heating element ..does that come with the earth wire attached please? ..only the one on my shower rotted where it was leaking and broke off ..so I need it with a new earth wire please? .. Many thanks Steve . It's the number 10 part on your list.
