This question is regarding Triton Opal II - Shower Spares

Triton opal 2 turns itself on? And won't turn off!

Hi I have an opal 2 and today it's turned itself on a few times (water started ). Also won't turn off, unless I use isolation pull cord. Other symptoms are staying on lowest heat setting but occasionally will be able to switch to hotter settings.
