Opal shower has mund of it's own??

Sometimes shower comes straight on when pulling cord on isolator switch and will not switch off straight away, leave it to run for 3 to 4 minutes it can then be turned off by the on off button, but on some occasions it will not and you have to turn off by the pull cord. Then sometimes you come back to it and it works fine, please can you advice me what the problem could be and what parts I will need. Many Thanks

If when you switch off the shower at the mainisolator and the shower keeps running then you have afaulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at themain isolator and the waterstops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is stickingon.
