Replacing a triton w9500s

I have a Triton W9500S plumbed in my bathroom which I wish to replace. Please would you tell me if the Triton Opal would be an easy replacement, i.e. a straight swap such that the existing plumbing and wiring connections are in the same place? Thanks in advance
