Shower will not Shut down Water Flow

As in my previous question my shower starts to flow water the minute I pull the power cord to supply power to the shower anf does not stop until I have pulled the cord again to cut the power supply.

When I press the stop botton on the facia all it does is reduce the temperature to cold, it does not shut off the water. I have now replaced the solenoid valve bought from you last monday (Ord No S000097401) and the Power PCB bought from you at the end of September. Any further advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

If when you switch off the shower at the mainisolator and the shower keeps running then you have afaulty solenoid. When you switch off the shower at themain isolator and the waterstops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is stickingon.

It could well be the cover PCB as pressing the stop button should not affect the shower in this way.
