Too Hot

I have a opal 10.5 KW shower, it has been fine for 2/3 years but just recently we have had to keep it on number 1 on the hot setting, and it is almost too hot to bare, water pressure is good, putting it on the lower heat setting and turned up to 10 it is barely warm and you only get a very low pressure, we have replaced the shower head and hose. Any suggestions please.

This is a water flow problem ie too low.
Check that the mains stopcock and any isolation valve in the feed to the shower are fully open.
Check the inlet filter on the solenoid valve in to the shower is clear.
If all of above ok then it is likely to be the stabiliser valve that requires replacing, it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
