Triton Opal Electric shower

Hi, My Triton Opal is working but the stop push button will no longer stop the flow of water. It will stop the element from heating - any of the 3 settings lights will go off including cold but the only way to stop water flowing is to turn power off at the pull cord isolator. Please advise which part is causing this fault and if it is easily replaceable. Thanks

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.
