Triton Opal - Low pressure but fine after 10 minutes

The low pressure light flicks on (with a buzzing) and off but it gradually gets better over about 10 minutes.

I've had the front off to change the filter but cant figure out how to get into the inlet pipe! Nothing comes off when I unscrew it?

How do I get into it to change the filter?

From your description this is not a blocked filter but a lazy solenoid valve which should be replaced , it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below. The inlet filter is an integral part of the solenoid valve so no need to check when replacing valve.
