Triton Opal won't turn off

My Triton Opal won't turn off when stop button pressed. It does turn off àt isolator. Resumes normal operation after isolator turned back on, ie. Water does not start flowing immediately, only when shower settings selected. The shower is used by self catering guests and i am presuming this is down to them not realising hat there is a delay in water flow stopping and therefore jamming at the stop button. What part is required to solve this problem?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.
