Turn on and off by pull cord only

My triton opal 9.5kw can only be turned on and off by the pull cord. When you turn it on for the first time it provides cold water on and no lights are displayed. Pressing one of the three temperature settings will heat the water as required and the temperature dial works as expected. Pressing the stop button will turn off the lights and the temperature will go. Cold water remains and I have to pull the cord to stop the shower.

If when you switch off the shower at the mainisolator and the shower keeps running then you have afaulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at themain isolator and the waterstops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is stickingon.

It's not the solenoid and the on/off switch turns the heat off as expected. Where would I find the micro switch?
