Water coming from bottom of unit

Have changed PCd on triton opal shower unit but water still coming out of the bottom what could it be

You say you have changed the PCd did you mean the PRD?

If it is the PRD you have changed are you sure that the ‘O’ ring is sitting in correctly and or could you have left the original ‘o’ ring still in place and there are now two.

If it is none of these problems can you send a photo?
