Wickes Triton Aquatronic 1000 Push Button Electronic Shower

My shower splutters in use and the low pressure LED glows when this happens. The water stops momentarily then resumes, and is scalding for a second or two. It looks like the solenoid valve might be the cause - the mains water pressure is 6 bar. Would the Triton Outlet Pipe 83303980 fit my shower and would this cure the problem?

It is easier to change the above on this shower.

6 bar seems a bit too much for this shower and maybe better turned down to 3 or 4.

Thanks for the reply. As our shower is 20+ years old we've decided to treat ourselves to a new Triton model, probably a T80 Alan

Good call Alan!
