Triton Passion 8.5kw

Hello, the shower cannot change temperature by moving the temperature control dial, nothing happens, it appears to be set to a temperature which is just too hot to take a shower with this fault, funnily enough also it only happens on the high heat marking setting i.e. two red dots. If I change to the single red dot heat setting, it appears to all work perfectly as the temperature dial controls the water heat as it should but really the water quantity and pressure coming from the shower head at the lower setting is inferior to the high two red dot setting which is not working, any ideas on what may be the fault, shower is less than 2 years old and has been working fine up to now. Thanks

Forgetting about the temperature, turn the shower from fully hot to fully cold. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.
