This question is regarding Triton PC/PC2100 Service Kit for Pressure Compensating Mixers - 83304890

Help

Hi. Had this kit fitted today but now rotating the knob fully anti clockwise I get all cold water and the hot water is just as I turn the shower on, so reverse of what it should be. Any help much appreciated .

It sounds like a fitting issue. I would get the item re fitted as they are sometimes difficult to do first time.
