Mixer Shower
This fault would normally suggest that you have too much cold pressure, however this is a pressure compensating valve therefore it should be able to deal with uneven pressures.
My only thought is the valve is good for up to a max of 5 bar pressure is it possible your pressure could be higher than this?
The solution may be to fit a pressure reducing valve on the cold supply to the shower however it shouldn’t be necessary if you have under 5 bar pressure.
