Shower limiters

Hello , We have 4 Triton 2180265E pressure compensating mixer showers . I am not sure of the Ltr/min output of these , but want to apply limiters ( between unit output and shower hose) to reduce to 8 Ltrs/min . Is it OK to do this with this type of shower ? Thanks in advance for your help

Yes it is usually ok to fit a flow limiter to the outlet on this type of shower.

Hi Peter -

If the flow rate is higher than the 8 ltres per min from the valve and you wish to reduce down I can see no problem with the use of a flow limiter as suggested. The actual flow rate through the valve without will be governed mainly by the flow / pressure that is available on the system feeding the valve.
