This question is regarding Triton PC/PC2100 Service Kit for Pressure Compensating Mixers - 83304890

Triton Tavy Compensatio Mixer Shower

Very hard to turn handle and water coming out behind main part. Also the Retaining screw and washer seem to be worn. What action should I take? Thanks

Fitting a new, www.showerdoc.com/triton-service-kit-pc-2100-83304890 , would be the first step , to see if this solves the problem.
