Triton Perea not Turning off

The shower powers on OK, but then does not power off when the button is pressed I have to turn it off using the pull cord. However, when the pull cord is pulled again to restore power to the shower is off. Do you think it's Is a faulty switch or the PCB? Thanks

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

In your case it sounds like the PCB

Make sure you read the notes about the PCB
