Shower unit cannot control the temperature

We fitted the above shower some 18 months ago not a problem till now. Now the customer cant control the temperature when the temperature control is move the is hardly any change in temperature but the flow rate does not change.

Could it be a problem with the flow regulators its is tank feed then via a pump which appears to be operating fine.

I would remove all the items shown here ,

and re grease them. Check also that the hot water to the shower is not above 60ºC as this may add to the fault.

The value is hard to turn and has little hot water coming out

handle is hard to turn and shower runs cold hto water going to shower the shower is only 10 months old.
