Dripping Shower

My Triton T80si has developed a constant drip, even when I uncouple the shower pipe & head it still drips from the pipe. Is it a problem with the Pressure Relief Device or do I need to replace another part. There are no leaks inside the shower just the constant drip from the pipe itself
