Just ordered a PRD from you can you tell me please if I need to turn the water supply off to fit this, also want to clean filter at same time would I need to turn water off for that aswell please, thanks.

No need to turn the water off to fit the PRD (when you remove the old PRD there may be some water drain out of the heating tank) make sure that you have switched off the power.

If you are going to check the filter you will have to turn the water off.
