Triton Cara Shower water cominf out of hole at bottom of base

Hello, I noticed yesterday the shower head pressure was low compared to usual, then I noticed water coming out of the hole at the bottom of the unit, can this be sorted or do I need a new shower.

I think the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) may have activated.

It’s a safety device on the bottom of the heating tank.

It is fairly easy to replace however there is usually something that causes it to activate, often a kink in the hose or the showerhead is blocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.

You should not need a new shower if this is fixed.
