Broken shower

I fitted a new shower head when the old one started to clog with limescale. Next morning I checked that all the functions of the new head worked, suddenly all the water from the shower came out through the small plastic overflow. Quick search showed that it was a PRD failure, so ordered one over the phone from The shower doctor. The chap who answered was very knowledgeable and confirmed the problem was the PRD so I ordered a new one which came the next day! really easy to fit and we had a working shower in no time. Brilliant service and saved hundreds on a new shower!
