Problems after fitting a new PRD 83301330

pressure relief device and O ring fitted however only lasted 4 days fitted other one it only lasted 24hrs, checked for kinks in hose it seemed fine shower head was clean and working fine aswell but PRD kept activating, it must be something else causing PRD to activate, any ideas would be welcomed.?
