Noisey Triton T90 XR

I have a Triton T 90 XR, & it is now about 3 years old. At the moment It is still working OK,...but noisy... About 5 months ago, it suddenly became very noisy when turned on, & remains very noisy until turned off, however it still heats & provides adequate/normal shower pressure, just annoyingly (& worryingly) noisy. I am wondering what checks I can carry out to identify & isolate the problem, it sounds like a bearing!! or something similar is not working as it should... Is it likely to remain working as is, or is there potentially a major problem about to occur & it will stop working altogether. Can you advise on a series of checks I should do to identify the problem. I have recently used Shower Doc for a Mira Part, & I am confident you can help, please. Fergus

It maybe that there is not enough water getting into the shower, so check that the inlet filter is clear and that the supply is uninterrupted.

Thanks Barrie,

I cleaned the Inlet filter, it had quite an amount of small debris, (including a fly!!) lodged around the plastic 'grills' within the inlet
and it certainly has helped & reduced the noise level considerably.

Its not quite back to normal operating noise levels.

Are there any other 'access' points on the T90XR unit, that the inflow can be checked or cleaned?
