This question is regarding Triton Rapide 2 - Shower Spares

Triton rapide 2

When turning on the shower, all the water comes out the overflow pipe, have checked head and hose they are not blocked, the unit is around 10 years old

I think the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) may have blown.

But there must have been a blockage or bend at sometime in the head or hose to have caused this.
