Water running from No.11 in diagram

I have just purchased the outlet pipe from you the water now run out of it where it did not before however it is still running out of the pipe behind it No. 11 in your diagram why?

I think the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) may have activated.

It’s a safety device on the bottom of the heating tank.

It is fairly easy to replace however there is usually something that causes it to activate, often a kink in the hose or the shower head is blocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.
