Triton Rapide R2 temp problem

I've till not solved this problem. I've got adequate water pressure, but still, with gauge set between 5 & 6, when water flow is increased, instead of cooling down, the heat shuts off. Could this be a faulty thermal cut-out?

What is the water pressure (it needs to be over 1bar)

Also if you have good pressure could the flow be restricted?

If both of these are OK then you may need a new flow valve.
