Triton Rapide R3

My triton rapide r3 will only work on pressure setting 1, when I turn it to setting 2 it makes no difference to the water pressure or water temperature. The separate temperature setting increases and decreases the water temperature. I'm having to keep the temperature setting to max just to have a warm shower. Would this be a switch failure ?

This does sound like one of the elements in the heating can has blown but this can be tested to make sure - www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzPt1hsfVq4
