This question is regarding Triton Safeguard and Safeguard T100 Care Electric Shower - Shower Spares

Shower doesn't switch on

No lights come on at all on the shower and no water present. I am getting 230v to the thermal safety cut out switch but not coming away from it. Is this the problem?

You may have a faulty PCB , but first check to see if the solenoid is working.
