Switch

Hi there I got a call to a house the other day to issues with this appliance. When on/off switch is operated and the tenant has their shower when they push the on/off switch again the shower wont turn off and after about 20seconds water turns cold. The only way to switch it off is to operate the pull switch. Why would this be?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.
