Showerhead

Sometimes when I turn shower on many of the holes are blocked. Rub round it and click delegate holes and this cures it. Can I take the showerhead apart to clean it out? Tony

You may be able to dismantle the head to clean it , but you may be better off spraying some cleaner in through the top or leaving the head to soak in some solution.
